An elegant evening hosted by Carl and Italian chef Luca, bringing together handmade pasta and a curated selection of Italian wines in a beautiful central London setting.
You’ll be welcomed with Prosecco on arrival, followed by a comparison with Franciacorta — Italy’s refined traditional-method sparkling wine, accompanied by antipasti. You’ll then be guided through a selection of classic northern Italian wines, including a mineral-driven Soave and a richly textured Valpolicella Ripasso, before finishing with a traditional sweet wine and chocolate.
Under Luca’s guidance, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch using traditional techniques, before shaping and enjoying your own dishes, served with carefully paired wines throughout the evening.
