These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, ticket purchases and enquiries made through Wine with Carl. By booking or attending an event, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Payment:
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Prices are listed per person unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Public Events & Ticketed Tastings
Tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by Wine with Carl.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
Private & Corporate Events
Cancellation terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Where cancellation occurs within an agreed notice period, Wine with Carl reserves the right to retain part or all of the fee to cover costs already incurred.
Changes to Events:
Wine with Carl reserves the right to make changes to event details, including wines, venues, timings or collaborators, where necessary.
If an event is cancelled by Wine with Carl, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date where possible.
Alcohol & Age Restrictions:
All events are strictly 18+.
You may be asked to provide proof of age.
Wine with Carl promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
Please notify Wine with Carl of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requirements, this cannot be guaranteed, particularly for collaborative events hosted with third parties.
Liability:
Wine with Carl accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to personal property during events, except where required by law.
Participation in events is at your own risk.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hosts, venues, collaborators and other attendees.
Photography & Marketing:
Photographs or short videos may be taken during events for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any imagery, please inform the host at the event.
Third-Party Collaborations:
Some wine experiences are delivered in collaboration with third-party chefs, artists or makers.
Wine with Carl is not responsible for the actions or services provided by third parties, though all collaborators are selected with care.
Data Protection:
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be found on this website.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
